Refunds/Cancellation

We have a five day return policy. If you don't love your product, or there is something wrong, please reach out to us within the first five days of receiving your item(s). If it cannot be fixed and returned we will refund you for the full amount of the product. 

 

 

If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 business days of contacting us:

  1. First check your bank account..
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
